A New Favorite! Pumpkin Dip!

This recipe was such a hit for our holiday celebrations over this past weekend that it just has to be shared! It was popular with adults and kids alike and is so simple to make anytime of year, but especially during the crisp fall months! Try serving it in a pumpkin shell for a nice presentation and the variety of "dippers" you can serve with it are abundant! Try ginger snaps, apple slices or graham sticks... a few of our family favorites!

Pumpkin Dip Recipe:
1 large can of pureed pumpkin
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 8 oz. block of cream cheese
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Allow cream cheese to soften completely. This is important to ensure mixing well with other ingredients for a creamier result. Blend with other ingredients and serve! So simple and delicious it will become a regular in your recipe book!
